Luxury 3-Bedroom Apartment

nice and comfortable for what we needed it for Positive: I loved the location of the property, very close proximity to Melbourne city via tram that was a short walk. We also had a car so it was no problem getting around. We appreciated the car space provided. The bedding was very comfortable! The apartment is well kept with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Including towels, tea, coffee, laundry liquid, body wash etc. there is a grocer within walking distance at the end of the street which is very convenient. Negative: This is an “8 person” property we had 6 guests and struggled to fit everyone on the couch to watch a movie together which was disappointing. We were catching up with eachother on our first night some of us not seeing eachother for months so there was a lot of laughter and chatting while we had some music playing in the background, this was on Good Friday, a public holiday and got two automated noise text messages from an indoor noise system that made us feel extremely awkward and anxious for the rest of the trip. These messages were during daylight before 6pm and to be honest we were not even that loud to be receiving something like that. I also was not a fan of the camera doorbell at the front, felt super weird like we were being spied on. There was also no locks on any of the doors including the toilet. The sliding door to the balcony was very hard to open and close at times.

Positive: Great location, spacious, all appliances clean and good quality. Great to have 3 separate bedrooms!
